- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I met Dr. James when I had a horse in need of stitches and my regular equine vet was not available. I received excellent service that day from Dr. James and his wonderful staff. Since then, he has saved this horse from episodes of choke, and treated him for a potentially career ending leg injury. Today took the cake though. Our very accident prone horse wandered into the swamp and went down. It was cold, and he was really stuck. Dr. James jumped right in and wouldn't quit until we had this horse up and going. I can't thank him enough for saving our special boy's life. Not only is Dr. James a superb vet, he's a stellar person as well. The entire staff at Pierz Vet is top notch.
